Anyways, I just found the most awesome AW clone ever. It's called Commander Wars, and it beats Custom Wars by MILES.
How? Commander Wars has (in addition to everything Custom Wars had):
-Artificial Intelligence
-Campaign Editor. CAMPAIGN EDITOR PEOPLE
-It has online but I haven't tried it yet
-Appears to support more than 10 players
