This is JakeSamiRulz. I am the current lead behind the Custom Wars Tactics project.

It is not your typical AW clone. This is an AW engine that'll allow users to completely customize the objects of the game. You will be able to change the stats and data of the units, terrain, properties, CO's, campaign rules, and game rules. As a bonus, we are planning to have AI and online support. We are also planning for it to be available on desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux). web(Firefox, Chrome, IE*), and tablets/phones (iOS, Android).
