Enemies Undone - what the? (Power.)

For some reason, even though I killed every enemy, including the Xylvania Grunts, yes (they count in case you're wondering), including the 4 hiding in the tents, the game says I missed one and won't give me the perfect 100% as a result. Why is the game doing this? It makes no sense.
