Well...
I still think Blue Moon Has an edge.
But has no inf counter. (Good Thing)
Blue can make it to both bridges first unless OS Get's a Recon out on the first turn.

Honestly I don't know else seems wrong with it..

| I have to say, those buildings on the island is a pain to get to sometimes. But now that they're gone, it feels a little small.
