I was playing random Co-Op in BW2 and...I don't believe this. Can you believe how screwed you get by n00bs? They end up putting you in no-win situations. It's like, in the first part of Under Siege, if you're Tundra they don't bring along their Missiles and your Battlestation is pasted by the Gunships and you're screwed. But if you're Frontier, they use their Battlestation in an inappropriate manner by having it sit in the backlines while the n00b uses your guys as bait, and again you're screwed. You're screwed no matter which country you're playing as. I'd really hate to go through the second or even the third part with these pests.
Oh, and here's the best part: they think they're invincible if they get a few S Ranks. This, of course, gets their OR your units killed and you end up--you guessed it--screwed. And before somebody says I seem guilty of the same thing, I exercise intelligence when I fight my battles, that's why I even get the Perfect S Ranks in the first place. *sigh* This is why ranking needs to have quick drops, especially on lower difficulty levels in a given game. You only even get a ranking by completing a mission. S Ranks shouldn't even resemble anything automatic, the S stands for "Special."
And I put this in General Chat because other games like to be guilty of this. Particularly the Advance Wars series. The 0 Speed minimum times are ridiculous due to them being 4 times the 100 Speed limits/times, 0 Power in AW1/2/DS requires you to kill nothing, which is insane, and even in DoR 0 Power still has to be worked for because averaging anywhere 51%+ gets you at least 1 point in Power and it's just absurd to want the average anywhere below 55%; and 0 Technique is flat out impossible in AW1/2/DS on any map, and really ridiculous in DoR where you need to pass (get this) 125 times as many units built + lost as the enemy force has built and not joined. (Seriously, multiply 125 by 2. I rest my case.) Technique being impossible/absurd to 0 is what really gets on my nerves because you should be punished heavily for kamikazing units to untimely demises.
If I ever get the appropriate material for this, it's going on YouTube. Period.
