Cloud + Doubl Cut Materia (Max level) + Ultima Weapon + Lvl 99 = 4-5 hits of 9999 damage

Yuffie + Doubl Cut Materia (Max level) + >.< [Name of yuffie's final weapon] + lvl 99 = 4-5 hits of 9000 damage

I plan on running Yellow Comet, if that's possible. If not, then I plan on being CO of Yellow Comet.
