I heard they were reducing Ammo for some units but CO powers. NOOOOOOOOOO!

I think same difficulty.
While CO powers and/or ammo is toned down a tad, they have new units, like the flare truck, to make things easier. (The flare truck can launch flares out to let you see through the fog of war)
