As the title says, this is a fake CO sheet (evident in the super CO power) so please don't take it to seriously. However, I did try to copy his character from Final Fantasy VI. Cyan is terrible with technology, which is why I gave him the terrible skill. His CO powers represent his sword technique from FF6. Dispatch is his level 1 sword tech (one star) and it cuts through the enemy's defenses and oblivion is his level 8 sword tech (eight stars) and it kills all enemies on the screen.

This is way too extreme, you know. And Oblivion is......kill all enemy units? For ANY cost, that's inevitably broken.
